Coils for every trade

Our copper tube coils are supplied in the annealed temper (R220), which offers elongation of at least 40%: the tube can be shaped without heavy tooling and follows the routing on site. Each range complies with its own standard.

LWC and Inner Groove coils for the refrigeration industry

LWC (Level Wound Coil) are thin-walled tubes wound in tight, even layers, designed for automatic feeding of heat exchanger production lines. They are also available in an Inner Groove version, with internal grooves that increase the heat exchange surface and thermal efficiency.

As both wholesaler and manufacturer, we deliver these coils in volume to HVAC and refrigeration manufacturers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a copper coil and an LWC?

Both are coiled copper tube. Standard coils usually refer to plumbing or refrigeration tube supplied to installers, while LWC (Level Wound Coil) refers to long, level-wound lengths intended for industrial production lines.

What coil lengths do you offer?

25, 35 and 50 m depending on the range, and 20 m for some twin refrigeration line sets.

Can LWC coils be ordered in volume?

Yes, contact us with your specifications (diameter, wall thickness, smooth or Inner Groove version, coil weight) for a quotation.
