A copper tube plant in the heart of the Plaine de l’Ain
Founded in 1995, ETIC specialises in drawing copper tube. The company introduced precision cutting in 1999, doubled its production floor space in 2009, then joined the group that became Copper Solutions in 2024.
Our Saint-Vulbas site brings together production, finishing and distribution stock. This model allows us to deliver standard tubes within 72 h as well as tubes and parts made to your dimensions.
How we manufacture copper tube
Manufacturing starts from a Cu-DHP copper tube shell, which is drawn in several passes on our draw benches to achieve the required diameter, wall thickness and cross-section. Heat treatment then sets the temper, followed by finishing operations: cutting, deburring, bending, flaring, brazing.
Every stage is governed by our ISO 9001 certified quality management system.

Is Copper Solutions a copper producer in France?
We do not produce the raw metal: we process copper. Our plant in the Ain draws and shapes copper and brass tube, and our distribution business sells tube that complies with European standards.
Where is your plant located?
In the Plaine de l’Ain industrial park, 100 allée de Mont Bron, Saint-Vulbas (01), about 40 minutes from Lyon.
What are your production capacities?
