Copper tube, the standard for refrigeration circuits
Thanks to its high thermal conductivity and pressure resistance, copper remains the benchmark material for air conditioning and refrigeration circuits. EN 12735-1 applies to seamless round copper and copper alloy tubes used for pipework, connections and repairs in these circuits.
Our refrigeration tubes are made from Cu-DHP copper (Cu 99.9% min.), supplied in hard drawn (R290) 5 m straight lengths or annealed (R220) 30 and 50 m coils. Dimensions are given in inches, from 1/4" to 2"1/8, as the trade requires.
Insulated line sets, pre-flared line sets and kits
Our pre-insulated refrigeration line sets combine NF-certified annealed copper tube compliant with EN 12735-1 and M1-rated anti-condensation insulating foam. They are available as single and twin line sets, in 20, 25 and 50 m coils.
To save time on site, we also offer line sets fitted with flare nuts in 3, 5 and 10 m lengths, and ready-to-fit kits that combine the line set, a 4G1.5 cable and a condensate hose.

Frequently asked questions
Which standard applies to refrigeration copper tube?
EN 12735-1, which covers seamless round copper tubes for air conditioning and refrigeration. Our tubes are made from Cu-DHP 99.9% and are compatible with R410A, R407C and R32 refrigerants.
Why are diameters given in inches?
It is standard practice in HVAC: flare fittings, flare nuts and units are all sized in inches. We also give the millimetre equivalent for every reference.
Are your refrigeration line sets fire rated?
Yes, the insulation on our line sets is M1 rated, backed by a fire classification report available in the catalogue.
Do you offer ready-to-fit line sets?
Yes: line sets with flare nuts in 3, 5 and 10 m lengths, and complete kits with a 4G1.5 cable and condensate hose.
